Before confirming an order with international shipping, we strongly recommend reading the information below!
Payment methods for orders
International orders are shipped only after full prepayment including shipping costs, as cash on delivery service is not available.
When you make a purchase, the shipping cost to your country will be automatically calculated and added to the price of the items in your cart.
Payment options for orders that will be shipped internationally:
- International money transfer (PayPal, Revolut, Western Union, MoneyGram);
- Payment link via e-payment invoice: WayForPay, Fondy
Please note that possible additional customs fees upon receipt of the order in the country of destination are the responsibility of the buyer. The cost of possible duty is calculated based on the declared value of the parcel. The amount of duty and taxes depends on the country of the recipient and may vary.
International delivery of orders
Below methods are available for international delivery:
- Ukrposhta. Orders are shipped from Ukraine by international service and delivered through the national postal service in the recipient's country.
- Nova Post. Fast shipping to Europe.
Please note we do NOT ship orders to Russia and Belarus.
International parcels are sent the next day after payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number and will be able to trace the route of your parcel.
- Delivery time: 5-30 working days (depend from country)
- The cost of shipping: starts at 12 EUR.
In case your parcel arrived in bad condition or damaged, capture the damage with photos and make a report on the condition of the parcel in the presence of the courier or at the post office. Then contact our manager for further settlement of the situation:
